Without using word sub lease

respected seniors
A company had taken 10000 sft in second floor for business purpose from B and made lease agreement
Now A want to give 2000 sft for Sub lease to C for six months only
A without using sub lease word what agreement can A and C can do agreement because
between A and B there is a clause that A should not give sub lease

A cannot do what it wants to do. Just by not mentioning the word sub-lease it does not mean it has not sub-let.
The Court will see through the 'substance' of the transaction over the 'form' of the transaction.

that why i am requesting experts to share any view any other form can i sub let the vacant property
if it goes through court the process will be stayed

When the agreement with B says that the property cannot be given on sub-lease, you cannot give it. Simple and straight. There is nothing more left to be suggested.

i cannot understand why you are closing the thread without completion of the query in midway
