Noc for sale of flat

(Querist) 09 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
We intend to sell our flat within the next 2-3 months. I am aware that NOC is not mandatory for sale of flat. But most of the purchasers are insisting on an NOC. Though we have a clear title and all our maintenance bills are up to date. The purchaser thinks that maybe something is wrong so we are not willing for an NOC. Kindly advice
