Ca regarding

Dear Experts,

I have filed a FIR under the section 420, in which my property was sold by creating forged documents, now my case is under investigation ,all the documents from the registrar office has been collected and sent to the expert for the opinion through the court.Now the expert has given his opinion and the same is with the court.Can i take a CA of it. Magistrate is asking for some authority in some other cases so that he could give it to us.

Kindly refer some cases so that i could use it.
