Mothers share

(Querist) 28 October 2012 This query is : Resolved 
my mother married my father in 1961 and died in 1966. my uncle did the partition of the property on his name and my grandmothers name in 1966 . Is there any chance of me getting my mothers share of property. My mothers marriage was not register.and I do not have any detail of the property

Without details of the properties you can do nothing . Moreover the time is not in favour as well.
