!. What are the legal conseqences of delibrately not Registering Property/Flat Sales Deed in Mumbai?
2.Can co-operative society admit such member and issue them share certificate????

it would depend upon facts of case . whether bank loan is being taken ? if loan is being taken bank would insist on registartion of agreement .

in resale of flat sale agreement is not required to be complsory regsitered . however advisable to do so
