Bank staff

(Querist) 12 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir,
I am an officer of SBI, being enquired for certain financial irregularity of Rs.33,000 wherein 4 staff members' ID appear in the system committed at different locations. But only I was enquired and suspended for the act.

Is it not denial of natural justice. the other 3 should also be tried for the same. Is there any reference for such a case. Please give the citations.
