Agriculture land in gr. noida

Hi,

There are so many builders in Greater Noida who have bought Agriculture land from Farmers in Acres & they are selling in Sqft in installment of Rs.3,000/-sqft.

My question is that it is leagl to purchase and construct own house there.

Registry is also going on.

Kindly help.

contact local lawyer. take title search of the property . then only decide
