Appeal against eviction orders

(Querist) 02 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
i am in arrears of rent. eviction orders for non payment of rent are passed by trail court. can i move application to set aside these orders or appeal in higher court ag. eviction ordrs without making payment of rent as i am out of funds. or ican obtain stay against execution of eviction orders on any of the grounds

No stay would be granted unless at least part of arrears rent is deposited to the court.
