Divorce

sir,
My brother has completed more than 07 years of his marriage.hardly he stayed for 3-4 months with his wife.they donot have any child.he is bank manager.in spite of several attempts he couldnot get her back.they are hardly in communication.she didnot inform her any activity or move or intention to him.she doesnot want to accompany him at any cost.he is still waiting and spoiling his life.
Pl guide the way and if nothing then divorce process so that we can convince him.

Divorce can be filed on cruelty and desertion grounds.

If he is serious to get back his wife then filing RCR is an option.
But before that do involve family elders to convince her.
