I am going to purchase a Vacant residential property in karnataka for that i am going to enter into an unregistered Agreement to Sale and i am buying property for Rs 20.00.000/- and the Advance amount to Agreement For Sale is Rs 5.00.000/- (Five Lakhs Only) for that how much amount Stamp Paper I have to purchase?...
Their is less chance for Registeration of Sale Agreement...

Are you purchasing land and spend huge amount then why not registered your agreement, unregistered agreement is not valid as per eye of law,

the stamp paper would depend upon stamp act of your stste .

instead of making 5 lakhs advance payment made full payment , get agreement duly stamped and registered
