No,if there is no mistake in document/agreement registered then there is no need of Rectification Deed.

No if there is any mistake in deed then it required to be rectified. Otherwise there is no need of rectification.

Rectification Required only when there is any mistake in tyhe document if so the case tyhen rectification deed is required.
