Delay of pension & fund

Hi Sir,
My father has been retired from health department U.P.,it is about 6 months
till now depatment neither giving his fund
nor clearing his pension.What action should i take.Can RTI will helpfull.

Complain with higher up's

RTI is not greivance redressal mechanism. RTI can only provide you the action taken on his pension papers.

As advised by Mr Sidiqui you may approah higher authority or may approach court.

File a petition for writ of mandamus in the High Court to direct the authorities to settle your father's pension and pension arrears with interest.
