village-majas
CTS no. 154(pt)and 155(pt) and 276 sq. ft. built up area. Selling price is Rs. 30,00,000/-
what is the stamp duty and Registration fee

now a days we can pay the stamp duty on carpet area.

Stamp Duty Rs. 1,32,600/-
Registration Rs. 30,000/-
Totalling Rs. 1,62,600/-

As sale consi high, u hv to pay Whichever is more. Area may not help much 276 sq ft.
