In our colony, there are 21 buildings each have CHS. There is also federation of all these CHS. We are going for Redevelopment. 70% members signed the consent letter. Our agreement may be finalize by may.and redevelopment will complete 3 years. My query is What are the legal processes till 3rd party agreement? and will it complete before March2012 ?
Developer offer 11 lakhs to vacant present rooms so He can start his construction work .
Then if some of our members and comitee members opt for that offer then how we will operate our society? How to dissolve society ?
Can we distribute our fund in our members.

I suggest to select a "Project Consultant" for redevelopment of 21 buildings
Project consultant will prepare tender document, invite developers, , check credibility of builder/ developer, , get information for corpus fund, bank guarantee, time frame, offer of extra space, amenities offered, site visit, etc.

So far as redevelopment project is concerned, we legal experts can do nothing but we can definitely provide out opinion qua legal issues connected with this process. The process of dissolution is society might be mentioned in the bye-laws so follow it. an agreement for the vacant room can be made with the developer against his option as discussed by you in your query.
