sir, i worked in a pvt ltd company for 10 years and 2 months . Recently I resigned my job. The company was not provided pf and esi. 10 years experience any leaving compensation available. How much i benefit for gratuity. Please give me the reply. I asked for employer to provide gratuity for resignation. The company was not reply.

Approach a good lawyer in labour laws to resolve your problem. You did not mention why were the P F and ESI are held back, the employer has no right to do so. calculation of Payment of gratuity is not possible since the pay details are unavailable. Send a legal notice, and if they don't respond positively file a complaint against them for recovery of all benefits due to you
