Recant my chall members are doing one adhoc committee.She is right way for showl
ving all problems.What adhock committee rights?.

What adhoc committee have any rigths for mention.Comam aria mentions (means like that coman toilet repairer and drainage line also keep clean aria whithout landlord / owner permission ).

What ever work you have mentioned can be performed by that committee and it shall definitely be replaced once your committee as per bye laws is formed either by way of election or selection.
