Agreement in joint names

Dear all
My name is Tejas Shah, I have booked a flat in a housing project to be completed on Novemeber 2012 in partnership with my three close friends

at the time of booking the builder has told us that we can make agreement in all three names jointly

but now he tells that we can make agrrement in one name only and i can't make joint agreement with my friends as there is no blood relation

now tell me what to do
can we make a MOU between three friends
if so then pl. give the format of MOU
pl. give me proper advice

flat in coopertaive society cna be purchased in 3 names . request builder under what provisions of law is he saying that agrement will only be i n one name

the builder is saying that agreement can made jointly only if they have blood relations. friends cannao make joint agreement

Ask builder to give objection in writing. Then go to the civil court.

well it is not necessary that they should be blood relations .

why dont you form a company .
flat can be bought by a company
