In the case of mortgage if the period of limitation i.e. 30years have elasped after mortgage. As per the law right of redemption is lost. What is the other alternative available for mortgagor, can he claim the surplus money from Mortgagee?

Mortgage if continued beyond the prescribed period can be got redeemed subject to certain conditions but excess money deposited by mortgagor since more than 30 years cannot be claimed at this belated stage.
