dear colleagues i have following query.
i haved filed a petition before MACT .claim filed by wife as husband died in accident aged 54 years.farmer earning 20000/ per month.documentary evi.worth rs 10000/ available.espenses of rs.150000/incurred in medicines and hospitaisation.my stand that deceased was personally doing farming and claimant is housewife.claim of 500000/ made.can forum grant more than claimed as claimant ready to pay additinal stamp duty

No,tribunal shall not grant you any more than claimed.courts act with in relief asked and then judge same can be granted or not.
