Indemnity bond

dear expert i am a junior advocate and i am sending u draft of indemnity bond which i have draft for my client , he want to withdraw p.f amount of his deceased father please check it and let me know whether it is correct or not and is it necessary to furnish 2 sureties in the indemnity bond along with witness

Who are the legal heirs of the deceased person? If you have the legal certificate, then the question of furnishing any indemnity bond would not arise.
