Redemption of mortgage land

(Querist) 24 August 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Sir,Need some advice,

party A buys agriculture land for Rs 2500/-,After few years he mortgages the land,
party A has two sons B and C. party B redeems the property by paying Rs.7000/-But till death of party A the land title remains in name of party A. can party B claim the Amount of redeem or claim joint ownership of property with party A, under Gift of redemption or any other act..
