What is the procedure of punishment in juvenile justice Act.

Dear friend,
There is not any procedure of punishment in juvenile justice Act 2000 .The term used is "Rehabilitation" .
It means that if the board finds that the juvenile accused in such mental condition that he can not be improved by the probation ,they will send him to the "Bal sudhar Grah" for the period which they find suitable for rehabilitation .There is not any word like "conviction" in the act .
