Sir,
To my earlier question of maintenance to divorced wife I have paid mahar on the first day of marriage by way of a fixed deposit which she encashed later for buying gold.

mahar is deffer from maintenance sir.. you cant take it as a ground..

divorced wife have no right to maintenace. aintenance is dfrent from mahar.
