I want to know that under which section I have to file case for deceleration of death for a person missing for more that seven yeras?

you have to file a case to the court, you engaged a lawyer they will guide you

S. 108 of Evidence Act deals with burden of proof regarding a person who has not been heard of for 7 years or more. You have to engage a lawyer.
