if a stamp paper is purchase on 19/03/2009 and agreement is written on it on 18/03/2010 weather it is valid , can suit can be file on the basis of this agreement

Yes, it is valid. If the Agreement is to be compulsorily registered, the Court may order to do so.

agreement written on 18.3.2010 on a stamp paper purchased on 19.3.2009 is perfectly valid (if the stamp duty is sufficient). When it is valid you can definitely file suit basing on that agreement.

i am defendant in the suit, & plaintiff file a suit against me on the basis of this stamp and it is on 100 rs stamp paper and it is also not notarized
