my wife left 4 months back to her parents home leaving behind 2 sons. when i went with my sons to their house they humiliated me and we came back. then i sent emails to all her friends giving all information on that she ran away with jewels and requesting them to ask her to return back to my house. also i found a paper which she had hidden to pray for making my heart restless and to be life long obedient to her. when i saw this i sent a very cursing email to her and to her parents copying to all her friends. can my wife use these emails as an insult/humiliation and a reason to file DV/498a. i filed police complaint against her and registered the case. she complained in womens cell and after 5 counsellings she is not willing to come back so i wrote a statement that i will follow in court to live with her.we are married since 15 years and lived abroad since marriage and returned only last year to settle here? Pls reply

Without seeing the contents of the mails it is difficult to comment on whether these amount to a case of torture.
I any case to initiate a case u/s 498A , she does not need those e mails.
However if she has left home taking your or any of your family members ornaments a case of criminal breach of trust lies against her.

thanks Mr. Barman, the cursing email goes like this... ur graves will be infected, u r not fit to be called by my name, ur brother is a BABA who misuses religion to separate inlaws, ur mother is more evil, ur father is anothr evil, u practiced evil to make ur husband ur puppet, how on earth u think god will do what u wish for, what happens if u miscalculate and read 2 or 3 times less than what u have written, will the effect turn on you? i think this is what has happpened now as u r separated from your husband and children....please note these people are very superstitious and i dont like that a pinch and dont want my sons to be influenced with their superstitions. please advise. I attached her paper that I found and copied to all her friends emails
