Enquiry about summon

Hi this is to ensure if summon from court reched at address and if nobody is at the address or the person to whom the summon sent, lives somewhere else then what will happen, whether the court will send the summon again or when they will send, reply.....

If the addressee has left the place then the court may proceed on the affidavit filed by the petitioner that it was the last known address of the said party.

The court may ask for Paper Publication as well.

i want to enquiry like, if no one will be found at the address when the summon arrives and summon is sent back to court by postoffice by giving the remarks like no one is at address then what will happen......
