1) Can NRI OR PIO seek information form RTI.

2) From were to obtain BPL card as we all know that the person Below Poverty Line is given free information as per the RTI Act, 2005. So what are the documents required to prepare BPL card & for how many years that card is valid.

Any link or info provide me.

1. Yes NRI can seek info.

2. There is no such BPL card available. If you want exemption from paying the fee required, you have to be declared as indigent person, by the District Collector.
