I want to gift a recently acquired / purchased plot to my major son. Seek openion on the formalities to be completed

who ever self earned property transfer his property as he like wish, so you can transfer to you major son, along with witness.

Ok , you can do that by executing and registering a deed of gift in your son's favour.
