A is the share holder in family agriculture land with name in revenue records, in 1959 family sold land to company after govt notification for acquisition, leaving A share unsold , award announced in 1962, name of A not included in award, A was minor at that time & didnt have any knowledge, but land become surplus land as purpose for acquisition already completed without this land , so govt didnt take possession at that time , no notification u/s 4 , 6, 9 issued for award only notification 3 and finaly award in 1962. in year 1979 govt taken the possession of land after court order in a case where owner of land company or A were not the party, dda lost case intentialy and dda disposed of land to society G, some parts of land still used by us for cattle grazing etc. this remaining part of land was allotted to another society X in 2000 but allotment cancelled after 2 years. soceity X fighting a court case for cancellation. As the land still vacant was surplus land & govt has no pupose for this land , and A compensation was also not paid & procedure for award was also controvertial.
Q 1- can A get back his land ?

Q-3 can A claim for denotification of land u/s 48 of land acuisition act?
Q-4 can A challenge the procedure of
