Business agreements to register

Dear Experts,
We have just concluded an MOU which will be later changed to a purhcase agreement. There are two types of agreement that we are currently involved in.

1- Purchase commodity agreement
2- Forward contract agreement to purchase commodity.

Kindly advice if these agreements have to be registered, And if yes, what are the registration and stamp duty charges.

Agreement for transfer of movable property is not compulsorily registrable document. SO you can choose either of the two.

dear experts.
the query and the commodity in question is electricity. this is not movable property.
