My father had made a will on a plain paper with my aunt and uncle as witnesses.
Unfortunately , he passed away before the will was registered.
Is the will still valid in Hon.Court?

Registration of will is not copulsary. If any dispute before court, it is necessary to prove the execution of will

your will is maintainable, if you like to register your will, you can consider a lawyer they will register your will.

Yes, claiming party under the will have to produce will, records relating to the death of the testator, witness and the scribe before the Sub Registrar. If Sub Registrar is satisfied about the truth and genuineness of the execution of the will, he will register.
