fast tracking of case for senior citizens

respected people,
Is there a way to fast track cases. my mother has put a lot of cases on my father. all false allegations. since 5 years my father is defending. the proceedings are not really going anywhere and days are just passing by. due to all this, my father is going through a lot of hassle. he is 74 years old and the slowness of legal proceedings is adding to his misery. I have come to know that there are provisions through which a case can be fast tracked for senior citizens. .. PLEASE guide me on this people. thanks a lot.

yes sir, there have been cases which have gone in my father's favour. .. the nature of my mother's allegations are so baseless that 60-65% of times, things go against her. its only that she doesnt stop. she's gone into a loop of litigation.

i want to know how we can go abt fast tracking because sir all this is going on from last 7 years. every other day police comes to our place. mother dials 100 for no reason. she's playing with the law to earn money. she's 69 and takes advantage of that fact in court (by crying n stuff). she has lost her mental balance, her mental stability (for real). she talks to an imaginary person all the time, she roams around in delhi tis hazari court and delhi high court from morning to evening, every working day of the court. every day. please advise.
