I want to know whether a person who has been given custody of the property to be handed over to his children after attaining of majority can dispose of the property by way of will without handing over over the property to the children .Is there any judgements in this regard I thank if the experts provide me with the judgements

Please mention the capacity in which the person was the custodian of the property.

No. It will be illegal. Such a person is merely a guardian of the minor's property. he has no power to sell. If he is Hindu, you go thorugh Sec.6 and 8 of the Hindu Minority and Guardian ship Act,1956. Otherwise, the provisions under the Guardian and Wards Act will bind them.
