appearance in person

Guest (Querist) 19 December 2010 This query is : Resolved
1.What is the procedure for appearance in person before supreme court?
2.On what grounds a person may not be permitted to argue in person?
3.What advantage would a person get if he has argued his case in person before high court?

1. You have to inform the court about it and take permission which will not be refused ordinarily.
2. If ther person's behaviour in court is not fair and upto the mark, the court can refuse to hear him in person.

3. It depends upon the personal ability of the concerened individual.

The way you are put no of questions at various heads on this site shows your hurry and imaturity.

Unless you can learn to use all the tools available , you will end up complaining only.

Before higher courts you can be heard only if in shortest time somebody can put the case in legal manner whether IN PERSON or advocate.
