1.What is the procedure for appearance in person before supreme court? 2.On what grounds a person may not be permitted to argue in person? 3.What advantage would a person get if he has argued his case in person before high court?

1. You have to inform the court about it and take permission which will not be refused ordinarily. 2. If ther person's behaviour in court is not fair and upto the mark,the court can refuse to hear him in person.
3. It depends upon the personal ability of the concerened individual.
