It is a bailable offence in Haryana.

R/Vishal ji,will you plz explain me some more,when 506 was non bailable and when it was declare bailable in Haryana,in my city (Jind)Magistrates are treating this section as non bailable,kindly help and provide me any notification etc. in this regard ,if available.Thanks

As far as the provisions of Cr.P.C are concerned the offence u/s.506 are bailable except in the states of A.P & U.P where the states have amended the offence as non-bailable.

Any Advocate from Hayana please clarify the status in Haryana

IN HARYANA A NOTIFICATION HAVE BEEN ISSUED SEVERAL YEARS BACK AND AS PER THIS NOTIFICATION THE OFFENCE U/S 506,IF THE ALARMING IS OF KILLING SOMEBODY,NOTIFIED AS NON-BAILABLE.
