Dear Mr.Baswanth Mohan Paruchuri,

The term market intermediatory means and denote the transaction facilitators namely depository participants who act intermediatory amongst the stock exchange and the retail investor. Like banks the retail investor opens a account and lodges its trade and these depository participants on instructions act as their agent by charging commission on the basis of transactions.
