what is meant by criminal breach of trust relating to marriage?pls give some examples offences in marriage?

Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
Sec 406 is no way concerned with marriage offences.
