I want to state that my in laws and husband along with police took me to the police station at midnight .they bribed them heavily and forced me to sign the documents stating that i will leave the house. now i want to take action against the police officer .as there was no lady police in the station.is this issue to be addressed to human rights protection.as there is supreme court guidelines that lady cannot be taken to police station after 7.00 p.m.Rg

If you were forcefully taken to the police station, you can lodge the complaint. The guidelines stated by you is with regard to enquiry/arrest of a woman. Since your husband and your in-laws were with you, blaming the police may not sustain.
However, if any statement was taken from you by using unfair methods, you can very well escalate this issue with higher police authorities for detailed enquiry.
Going to Human Rights Commission is useless efforts.

Not only arrest but woman can not be summoned for any inquiry at night. If you are fair, It would be better to raise the issue before woman's commission together with HRC.
