i was re-married with hindu-vankar girl in feb-2000 in presence of three people who belongs to vankar family there is not any other formalitis like fera, agni nothing no music etc. i asker her to provide me her first marriage divorce paper she saw me only 50 rs. stamp paper of divoce agreement that wasn't notarised or registerd with any registrar i told her to provide me legal divorce paper but she said i will give you after one month, her father mother also said we provide after one month but after five-to six month they didn't provide me divorce paper of her first marriage, during that time i found her pregnant and after pregnance of eight month she gone to her father's house ahmedabad then after i asked her to provide first marriage legal divorce paper but didn't give me answer and she stay there and didn't come at my home i every month request her to come at my home but she didn't come three yers time passed out and she filed maintenance petition for herself and her son, during that time i go to attent the court but her father comes there with gundas and they stopped me to attend the date of court and they cleared out the one side discision against me to give her 2000.00 rs. maintenance every month in year 2003.i doing govt job of 24 hours. during that time they come to my office to give me dhamki and told me that we kill u and anfter your death my daughter will did job in place of u so scared and left my job from last five years i also gone in jail for 15 days before two years ago they mentally torchered me to do suiside but from last five years one girl comming in my life and give me new life she knows every thing about me i have never money to file case against her for doing cheating with me and my life. from last months she and her father taking warrent from judge hand to hand found me everywere but they don,t found me but they torchered that girl who is living with me. so please give yours valuable suggessions,guidelines to me what can i do sir?

You should engage a lawyer and should file an appeal against the order passed against you on the ground that she is not your legally wedded wife and she has got no right to claim any maintenance against you.
You should taken police help against gundas and her father.

onething is here in which court i file the case against her?
