is it necessary in criminal cases No objection to vakalatnama of the former advocate,whlie filing my vakalatnama. if not necessary NOC, then i want relevant citations in this regard,

It is procedural law and no citation is required. If any magistrate insists then obtain it otherwise there is no necessity to get NOC.

It is the requirement of Rules of the Bar Council that a new counsel appearing for a party must obtain No Objection from the counsel previously representing that party in the litigation. The compliance of rule is mandatory.
