In the given query, you have nothing to worry as the property belongs to you but your sons shall have to file a civil suit for getting the will probated wherein you and all other family members (legal heirs of your father) shall be made parties thereto along-with general public and court shall provide decree in favour of your sons.

I dont think you can prove anything. Please check with the lawyer. It is better you settle with your elder brother since he is the one who has eyes on the property.
