joined an autonomous body in 2000 in 2400 GP
- Got MACP 2800/- after 10 years.
- 2015 - joined other central government office in 4600/- GP
- After 06 years, in 2021 promotion in 4800/-.
- 2025 after four years, got GP 5400/- as NFSG.

Will I get MACP after 10 years i.e. from the date of promotion i.e. 4800 or from the date of NFSG 2025.

The Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (MACPS) can be extended to employees of Central Autonomous Bodies in India if they meet certain conditions.
MACPS is a scheme that provides financial upgradation to employees of the Central Government
It is intended to help employees who are facing stagnation or hardships
MACPS benefits are personal in nature and do not change an employee's seniority position
MACPS will continue to be applicable to all employees up to Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) level except members of Organised Group 'A' Services.
You may confirm your eligibility from your employer and take steps if your rights are deprived

You have joined in 2015 and within 10 years you got two promotions.

You will get MACP:-

(i) after 30 years of joining in 2045

or

(ii)after 20 years first promotion/up gradation in 2041

or

(iii)after 10 years 2nd promotion/up gradation in 2035

that too if you are not promoted till 2035/41/45 as the case may be.

On January 1, 2025 got 5400 NFSG after getting 4800 as promotion in 2021
