Please guide

Under the redevelopment of property
Can Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement be registered & pay stamp duty before vacating flats
Or
It has to registered only after receiving CC upto that floor of Under construction building

Developer says they register Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement approximately after one year of vacating flats.

I feel it's possible before vacating flats as well .

Please guide & give reference, circular, rule, GR, etc

It is not a legal query. It is not possible to redevelop the project in a year. I think it will take at least 3 years time.

Hello,

You can register the permanent alternative accomodation agreement anytime i.e. before or after vacating the flat. There is no law as to when the said agreement to be registered.
