plz solve my query
My query is, a partnership had been dissolved,
now partner want to know that there capital assets is distributed in Which ratio?

OBVIOUSLY IN THE PROFIT/LOSS SHARING RATIO.

This P & L sharing ratio should have been duly documented in the Partnership Deed.
