please let the procedure for mutual divorce.

Is a mutual separation document duly agreed and signed signed by the husband and wife is enough.

No. Divorce by mutual consent can be granted by the Court only.

If both are Hindu prior to and after to the marriage, both can jointly apply for mutual decree of divorce under section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act before local Family Court where on the same day, their statements in support of the contents of the petition shall be got recorded and they shall be provided next date of hearing after 6 months and if both still insist on getting the divorce then against their final statements shall be recorded and court after considering the whole case shall pass the decree as desired.
