Entitlement of salary

Sir if person get approval for government job and if he has worked for certain period of time then is he entitled for salary...??? Provide me proper acts and case laws

If the person is appointed on the basis of a government order it should show the salary scales on which he is offered the job. He will get the salary as per the order.
Such an appointment order is governed by many provisions of law starting from Indian Constitution, Service Rules and many other statutes.
The appoint order issued by the appointment authority authorised by the government itself is good enough to claim the salary of a person who got appointment on the basis of such a valid government order as stated above.
