Guidance regarding depution to deputation

I am an ICAR employee presently on deputation. I am on 3 years deputation and completed 2 years. Now I a want to apply for another deputation in another department. Can I do this and can my application may be forwarded by my parent office or not. What is the rule position. Please Guide urgently, as last date for applying is reaching shortly.

You can submit your application to the both departments (i.e. present department and future department) through your parent department.
