Sir i have a query regarding cheque bounce case pending since 5 years in JMFC court, koraput, odisha. Value of the cheque is 3 crores with written agreement has done. I am going through lot of depression with a heavy heart, with unbearable pain of suffering and injustice meted out to me by the judicial system. Please suggest/help me for solve this problem.
