Hostile witness

Respected Sir/Madam,

I want to know that if there are 3 session trails of 302/34 case and under 2 trails Witness becomes hostile and confirmed on oath in court than third session trail will run on the same set of evidence or not.

try to club all these three trial if relating to same offense.

If not so, the trial will be independent.
